Finding an office space in Covent Garden can be quite a challenging task!
It's certainly a lovely area with a special ambience and a world-class piazza. (It's well worth it to visit Covent Garden after
5pm to listen to some of the wonderful musicians perform)
The main thing about Covent Garden office space is that there is NOT MUCH space around Covent Garden.
Finding a good quality office can take time. It is not impossible, but if you are looking for a PRIME OFFICE PROPERTY
within a stone's throw of the piazza then you might have to have a lot of patience and endurance.
The main estate agent for Covent Garden Offices and Residential properties would have to be EA SHAW.
Having dealt with them myself a few times (including to find my very own flat), I can assure you that they are
professional and will deal with any request in a professional and timely manner.
Knowing the area quite well myself, I do have an advantage. You might want to know which streets are the prime ones in the area?
In my humble opinion, there are only a few prime location streets. Office space in King Street,
Wellington Street, Henrietta Street, Floral Street, James Street, Long Acre, Bow Street, Russell Street are what
I would consider to be prime space in the HEART OF COVENT GARDEN!.
I HAVE A GOLDEN RULE FOR FINDING OFFICE SPACE IN COVENT GARDEN:
1. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS SELECT A SPACE WITHIN 1-2 MINUTES WALK FROM THE PIAZZA!
Now you do not have to follow this rule, but it is important to realise that the BEST OFFICE SPACES IN COVENT GARDEN is located
1-2 minutes from the piazza. It is the spaces with the best Covent Garden vibes and is well worth the effort of spending a bit
more in office space per square foot. After all it's your company and you want to select the best office space for your company.
There are of course great spaces in Neal's Yard or Seven Dials area, but in my opinion they are 2nd in line in comparison with
being right next to the piazza.
