Milk Studios are shared offices for freelancers and small businesses in Notting Hill Gate. We have two buildings, one an old diary just West of Ladbroke Grove and the other a converted pub the Westbourne Park Road side of Ladbroke Grove.

They are light, airy, open-plan studios with big windows and wooden floors where individuals or small businesses can rent desk space, short or long-term.

 

Included in the charges are ADSL broadband, a firewall and a router and as much tea and coffee as you can drink.  We provide desks, shelves, a photocopier and communal fax machine and a franking machine. Each person brings their own computer, their own chair, and a telephone if they want a line.

 

We have room for 50 people. Most of us are sole traders, but the office also suits groups of two and three. Among us are journalists, architects, party planners, PR & marketing consultants, agents and designers. On an average day, each floor has five or six people working, creating a nice hum, but not too much noise to concentrate.

 

Desks start at £310 pcm.
